To purchase the Gift Card online, you can use your Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Laser, Link and EC Card. Switch/Maestro. Other debit cards are acceptable. You will need to supply the following information:

1. your name, address and telephone number;
2. the recipient's name, address and telephone number, and
3. your Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card number.

Make sure the expiry date on your card matches the expiry date as recorded by your bank. Also, the address on your credit or debit card statement needs to be exactly the same as the one you entered on the order.

It is a prepaid Gift Card that can be used in any boutique at Bicester Village.

For purchases online, choose a set from £25 to £250 (in set increments); a £3 transaction fee per Card is applied, which includes a small transaction charge of £1. They are available in increments of £25, £50, £100, £150, £200 and £250. No more than five Cards may be purchased online in one transaction. The maximum total spend per transaction is £250 (plus the transaction fee per card).

For purchases at the Bicester Village Visitor Centre, choose a value between £10 and £1000; a £2 transaction fee will be applied per Gift Card.

No, the Gift Card is a prepaid card that can be loaded with a set value.

You can purchase up to five Cards in one transaction, per credit/debit card, per day. Only multiples of the same denomination are permitted per transaction - for example 5 x £50 Cards.

The delivery of the non activated Gift Card will be dispatched to the recipient by the UK's regular first class postal service. Please allow up to five working days for receipt in the UK.

Please bring the non activated Gift Card, activation code (found in the email or package) and photo ID to activate the Card in the Bicester Village Visitor Centre.

This is entirely up to you. However, only one delivery address is allowed per transaction.

Have your activation number and the credit or debit card number that was used to order the Bicester Village Gift Card ready. Confirm that the address and recipient information you provided is correct, and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

15 December (subject to Royal Mail) is the last day for Gift Card orders to ensure that it will arrive in time for Christmas. However, all Gift Card purchases online are confirmed instantly via an e-card, in addition to delivery via post.

The value of your Gift Card may be combined with cash when making a purchase. At the discretion of each merchant, the value of your Gift Card may also be combined with a debit or credit card.

It is important to keep track of your Gift Card balance so you do not try to make purchases for more than the amount remaining on the Gift Card.

3. call Bicester Village between 9am and 6pm GMT on +44 (0)1869 323 200 and we will inform you of your balance after, for your security and privacy, your identity has been confirmed.

The value of your Gift Card expires 12 months after the date of activation. Cards purchased in person at the Bicester Village Visitor Centre expire 12 months after the date of purchase.

If you lose your Gift Card, please call Bicester Village between 9am and 6pm GMT on +44 (0)1869 323 200. There is a £5 charge to process a lost or stolen Gift Card.
