Thanks to the Global Refund tax-free shopping scheme, which is available in 37 countries around the world, all non-EU customers can enjoy an extra discount on VAT at all nine Chic Outlet Shopping® Villages in Europe. This means even greater value on our select range of prestigious and exclusive designer brands.
The system works in three easy steps.
- When you make a purchase at any boutique displaying the Global Refund Tax Free Shopping sign, simply ask for your Global Refund Cheque.
- When leaving the country or the European Union, present your purchases, receipts and passport to Customs officials, who will validate your Global Refund Cheques.
- Show your validated cheques and passport at a Refund Office in the airport for an immediate refund onto your credit card or in cash.
Please note that Global Refund tax-free shopping is only available to non-EU residents.
