Dum Dum Donutterie is now open at Bicester Village. Head down to the kiosk to enjoy the world’s first artisan baked doughnut brand. Made with only natural ingredients, these doughnuts are handmade and beautifully baked (not fried).

Snowflake presents a new winter menu including handmade, fresh waffles with hot sauces and award-winning gelato, along with Snowflake’s ultimate hot chocolate. Treat yourself to an the new Italian-style affogato served in a chocolate waffle cup with your choice of hot drink and a scoop of gelato, or why not try the matcha affogato, which is exclusive to Bicester Village.

Oliphant & Pomeroy presents a new seasonal offering of sweet and savoury buns and pastries freshly baked every day at its kiosk, and enjoy local artisan coffee made in small batches, using a traditional oak-fired roasting process that is unique in the UK. Also discover the Little Oliphant’s range of child-friendly portions of their baked specials.

Pop-down to Pierre Marcolini, and enjoy chocolates, waffles and more! Pierre Marcolini is one of the few chocolatiers to personally oversee the entire production process for his products: from sourcing to final assembly, including but not limited to sorting the beans, maturation, preparing ganaches and tempering.

Indulge at Shan Shui, inspired by 1920's Shanghai, and follows time-honoured recipes and works only with the freshest ingredients sourced locally. Try the delicious Dim Sum, bao buns and other tasty dishes.

Pop down to Buongiorno e Buonasera for romana-style pizza with delicious charcuterie, vegetarian and vegan options.

Café Wolseley has opened in the Village, marking its the first venture outside London from renowned restaurateurs, Corbin & King. Café Wolseley offers an all-day menu in the European Grand Café style, consisting of both Wolseley favourites along with the addition of new elements.

Look out for new menus at Bicester Village’s cafés and restaurants including Farmshop restaurant and café new additions including the lamb meatballs with parmesan and burrata with heirloom tomatoes and pine nuts drizzled with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
