Emirates Event Terms and Conditions

1. The Promotion
A. This Promotion is promoted by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited of Management
Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, OX26 6WD (the “Promoter”) and is operated in
conjunction with the Participating Boutiques (as defined below) at Bicester Village.
B. This Promotion is available to participants from and including 4 November 2016 to 6 November 2016 (the
“Promotion Period”).
C. This Promotion is only available at Bicester Village during the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of
doubt, the Promotion is not redeemable at Suzhou Village or at any other European Village, namely
Kildare Village, Fidenza Village, La Vallee Village, Maasmechelen Village, La Roca Village, Las Rozas
Village, Ingolstadt Village or Wertheim Village.
D. This promotion (the “Promotion”) is subject to eligibility criteria (detailed in Clause 2) and comprises the
Promotional Offers (detailed in Clause 2).


2. Eligibility criteria
A. To be eligible for the Promotion, participants must register their name and valid email. Registration and
the Promotion is only available to Emirates Blue, Silver, Gold and Platinum Skyward members. Registration is
based on a first come first serve basis and is subject to availability (“Eligible Registration”). Once
registration for the Promotion has reached capacity, the registration page will expire.
B. Once a participant completes an Eligible Registration, the participant will receive an event invitation email
(the “Event Invitation”). The participant must retain and present the Event Invitation (in accordance with
the terms below) to access the Promotional Offer.


3. The “Promotional Offer”
The Promotional Offer comprises, where applicable:
A. Promotional discount
i. To receive discounts of up to an additional 20% (twenty percent) off the already reduced outlet prices
(the “Discount”) on selected lines, participants must present a copy of their Event Invitation, at
boutiques participating in this Promotion at Bicester Village (the “Participating Boutiques”).
Participants are advised that not all boutiques at Bicester Village are participating in the Promotion.
ii. For a list of the Participating Boutiques and for any further exclusions within those Participating
Boutiques, please see www.bicestervillage.com/participating-boutiques.
iii. For the avoidance of doubt, a participant is not entitled to receive the Discount at any time before the
commencement of or after the expiration of the Promotion Period.
B. Refreshment voucher
i. During the Promotion Period, Blue and Silver Emirates Skywards members presenting their
downloaded Event Invitation are entitled to a £10 Refreshment voucher.
ii. During the Promotion Period, Gold and Platinum Emirates Skywards members presenting their
downloaded Event Invitation are entitled to a £15 Refreshment voucher.
iii. The Event Invitation and a valid Emirates Skywards membership card must be presented by the
participant at the Bicester Village Visitors Centre or Information Hub and must be exchanged for the
relevant Refreshment voucher (the “Refreshment Voucher”).
iv. The Refreshment Voucher must be redeemed during the Promotion Period and cannot be used
outside the Promotion Period.
v. The Refreshment Voucher can only be redeemed at Participating Restaurants. For a list of
Participating Restaurants and any exclusions, please see the Refreshment Voucher (the
“Participating Restaurants”).
vi. The offer is restricted to one Refreshment Voucher per qualifying Emirates Skywards member.
vii. The Refreshment Voucher cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash.
viii. The Event Invitation for the Refreshment Voucher may be declined and/or withdrawn at any time and
without notice to the participant.
ix. The Refreshment Voucher is subject to availability.
C. VIP lounge access
i. During the Promotion Period, Emirates Gold and Platinum Skywards members are eligible to use the
Bicester Village VIP Lounge. Access is only available to individuals who have pre-booked the VIP
Lounge in advance of their visit to Bicester Village and have received an email confirmation of such
booking.
ii. Pre-booking must be made by emailing: partnerevents@bicestervillage.com.
iii. Access is limited to the qualifying Gold or Platinum Emirates Skywards member plus one guest. All
guests must be 18 years or over.
iv. Individuals must present their booking confirmation and qualifying Emirates Skywards membership
cards to the VIP attendant, on the day of attendance.
v. Access to the VIP lounge is subject to availability and subject to the requirements in C(i) (ii) and (iii).
D. Hands-free shopping
i. During the Promotion Period, Emirates Gold and Platinum Skywards Members are eligible for
complimentary hands-free shopping. Hands-free shopping is only available to individuals who have
pre-booked the service, in advance of their visit to Bicester Village and who have received an email
confirmation of such booking.
vi. Pre-booking must be made by emailing: partnerevents@bicestervillage.com.
ii. Hands-free shopping is limited and may only be used by the qualifying Gold or Platinum Emirates
Skywards member.
iii. The hands-free shopping service is subject to availability.
iv. The hands-free shopping service is subject to further terms and conditions which will be made
available at the Bicester Village Visitors Centre or Information Hub.


4. General
A. The right to benefit from this Promotion, the Event Invitation and the Promotional Offer is personal to the
recipient of the Event Invitation and cannot be transferred.
B. The Event Invitation may not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form, and must not be used by a
person other than the original recipient.
C. The Event Invitation cannot be used for prior purchases.
D. The Event Invitation cannot be used for the purchase of gift vouchers at Bicester Village.
E. This Promotion, the Event Invitation and the Promotion Offer may not be used in conjunction with any
other special offer, coupon, voucher or other offer available in Bicester Village during the Promotion
Period.
F. The benefits granted by this Promotion, the Event Invitation and the Promotional Offer have no cash
value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
G. The Promotion is subject to the eligibility criteria and exclusions provided above.
H. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel the Event Invitation, this Promotion and/or
the Promotional Offer for any reason, at any time, without giving prior notice.
I. Participants acknowledge and agree that: (i) The Promoter, its related companies and the owners of
Bicester Village are not responsible for the prices at which any boutique at Bicester Village advertises or
sells goods from time to time; (ii) the Event Invitation does not create a contractual relationship between
the Promoter, its related companies and the owners of Bicester Village and the participant in relation to
the Discount or otherwise; (iii) the Promoter, its related companies and the owners of Bicester Village
make no warranties regarding the goods (including without limitation the quality thereof) which the
participant may obtain from the boutiques at Bicester Village; (iv) the participants shall have no right, and
waives his/her ability to make any claim against the Promoter, its related companies and the owners of
Bicester Village in the event that a Participating Boutique at Bicester Village fails to honour the Discount
purported to be made available by this Promotion in whole or in part, and a participant’s only remedy in
such a situation is the making of a claim for redress to the relevant Participating Boutique; and (v) nothing
in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury
from its negligence or that of its employees or officers.
J. The Promoter will not be liable to participants for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or
withdrawal of the Promotion and/or Promotional Offer, or any failure or inability of the participant to take
advantage of this Promotion and the Promotional Offer.
K. The Promoter will not be liable for any technological failure, malfunction or problem(s) with the
registration page.
L. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure of receipt of the Event Invitation.
M. Participants’ registration for an Event Invitation and/or use of the Event Invitation and/or use of this
Promotion and Promotional Offer indicates their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions,
and their acceptance of the Promoter’s privacy policy and terms and conditions found at

and www.chicoutletshopping.com/en/legal/privacy-policy.
N. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, at any time, without prior notice.
O. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law and participants submit to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the English courts.
