As the master juice mixologist (yes that’s a thing) over at hip London health hang-out Raw Press, there’s no one better for the job. Thought argan oil was just for your hair? Think again.

Incorporating carrot, orange, fennel, turmeric, ginger and argan oil, our Uprooted juice is sweet and spicy, with a really unusual combination of ingredients.
Turmeric is an anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory that ordinarily isn’t that well absorbed into the body, but is fat-soluble. It therefore becomes even more potent when combined with argan oil, which itself boasts numerous benefits including lowering bad cholesterol. Fennel and ginger calm the stomach, while carrots and oranges (rich in vitamins A and C) encourage clear skin.
RECIPE – 250ML LONG DRINK
- 3 carrots (approximately) (c.300g)
- 1 fennel bulb (c.100g)
- 150ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 5g fresh turmeric root
- 5g fresh ginger root
- 1tsp argan oil
- 1 shot of Seedlip 94
- A pinch of freshly chopped red chilli to garnish
